LCW and lwcra

hello,

I recently had a wca and have received my decision today. My journal notes say I’ve been awarded LCWRA however the letter attached says LCW.

I’ve tried contacting them after it was uploaded but no one has gotten back to me.

I’m not sure what else I can do?

Hi @onetreehill, welcome to the community. That definitely sounds confusing! I would think that the journal is more likely to be correct as that's more closely linked to the whole system, but it's difficult to say for certain.

How long ago did you contact them? It can take them a while to get back to you, but hopefully they'll be able to clarify things for you soon.
