    Im also having a bit of a dilema my case is now at a tribunal currently had my second letter from dwp sent by tribunal saying i have no rights to pip but considering the last letter quoted we can see me as in myself has got worse over time this time no mention of this or arthritius in my hip and knee and also mental health and a few other conditions this is all been going on for over a year now to and throw bn a nightmare still got to wait on tribunal anyway ne ideas guys please and thanku

    Hi @jason_123, sorry to hear you've had trouble getting PIP. Tribunal can often be a more positive stage than Mandatory Reconsideration, so I hope you get a better result there. Have you had any help from any support services with your PIP appeals at all? Will you be going to your tribunal in person or is it on the phone?

    I'm sorry but your post isn't clear. If you have received a bundle for your PIP appeal then it may be a good idea to contact Citizens Advise to get help in dealing with it.

    Equally, you can visit advice local website to find local support.
