Autism and casual sex?

Why are they so different when it comes to casual sex? Also when they disclose they are autistic to their sexual partner, they block and ghost them. How come? Why is it troublesome for someone autistic to have causal sex? How are they able to have sex if they are shunned from having casual sex?
