Why can’t autistic people have sex with just anyone?

People say they must get to know the guy first so they prevent them from being taken advantage of. How do you prevent the vulnerable from being taken advantage of when it comes to casual sex? Why is it only autistic people and the vulnerable that they need to get to know them before having sex with them meanwhile typical people could just have sex with who ever without getting to know them and getting away with it and not being called vulnerable?
