Pip review award

in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

Hi just got the dreaded big brown envelope. on the front of the form, it says time to review your award. I got my pip back last time with a tribunal, all my health problems have got worse and at the time of the tribunal I had just been diagnosed with fibro and have got severe arthritis in my hands my right hand is especially worse. The problem is now I can't hold a pen to write has it causes excruciating pain and discomfort. I really worried is there anything I can do? do I ring pip and explain the situation any ideas please Thanks

    You could type the answers or dictate them to a friend or relative if that would be easier.

    If you have a support worker, they may be able to fill in your form as well as citizens advice😊

    Hi no I don't have a support worker my partner is my career. will he be allowed to fill it in for me ?

    Hi @ketokid. Your partner is allowed to complete the form for you. He should write it in your own words and use the first person, 'I', instead of 'she'. Unfortunately you will need to sign the form yourself as far as I'm aware. Are you able to make any kind of mark at all?

    Hi you could try to enlist support from Citizens advice or a disability advocate who doesn't charge a fee.
