Have just joined this community after skulking for a while, hoping to meet people and learn lots.

Current challenges are with mobility, exhaustion etc following a very serious illness, trying to get back into work and finding it almost impossible not to be discouraged by the various barriers.

On better days, I like to be outside in nature, bird watching is a favourite.
