Gov One website for PIP review?

hi all,

I have been going through a PIP review and was waiting for a text letting me know I need an assessment but instead woke up to a text this morning saying PIP review complete, and I’ll get a letter in two weeks laying everything out.

I’ve read that you can use the Gov One website to download a PIP entitlement letter and this can show any new award.

Has anyone tried this, please, and if so was the info on the entitlement letter download accurate?

I ask because I used it this morning and it says for me that I’ve been awarded same as last time but for 6 years from yesterday, so before I start crying relieved tears, I wanted to see if anyone else has used the Gov One website to check their review outcome before the letter arrived and if it was accurate compared to the actual letter when it arrived lol.

just a quick update: I called PIP and despite what the text said, they could tell me the result of the review over the phone lol, and they confirmed everything the Gov One document said, so that’s a big relief 😅

I've received the exact same text message this morning. After a long day of anxiety I signed into Gov.uk One just now and downloaded my statement of entitlement which says I've been awarded the same as currently but for 6 years. I'm so relieved I can't stop shaking
