Legal issues - Discrimination/Reasonable Adjustments/Data Breach

Hello all - Firstly forgive me if I haven't put this in the right section, it only seemed the one appropriate considering my Autism. I think I have posted about this before on here, but I am having trouble getting the right advice from other forums or even an answer at all!

I am currently undergoing time with Probation, but it is not going well at all. Whilst I appreciate my time is there is only a small number of hours I feel like they are taking no notice of my disability and requests that are completely reasonable.

Discrimination

A few months ago I had to see a supervisor via video call to discuss potential unpaid work which I had already said was unsuitable due to group situations and he responded with "I now believe you are using your disability to get out of unpaid work". Clear as day, to the point where my normal Probation Officer heard and admitted it was not acceptable. Despite this and my Letter Before Action to punish the probation service, they have said there is no evidence to back this up, this is despite me having evidence through audios and texts shared. MOJ are dealing with this on behalf of Probation Service.

Failure to make reasonable Adjustments

There is a long list of failures in my eyes - so I won't go into great detail. But one example is that when things wasn't clicking with my first probation I desperately asked for a change of probation Officer - it was never really actioned and I don't know if that and other issues are failures, but there is a long list.

Data Breach?

During this, I have had to contact so many different people, one of them who has helped is my MP. I asked him to get involved in getting a quicker response because I was waiting for months on end. The probation service replied to him giving away specific details of what has been happening whilst I have been under the probation service, is this really acceptable? or a data breach?

Bullying and Harrassment

In all of this I have faced lies by the first probation officer, I captured some of these on audio as I began recording incidents because I felt I was being bullied. For example a lie was that they had issued me with a warning for one reason, but the audio says another. There are lots of other examples too - I just dont want to list them as I am wary this post will go on forever.

Whats the best solution to all of this? I know people will suggest CA, but I feel like I am too late and have a limited timescale to make a claim.

Thanks for any help.
