Now suddenly all of uc stopped for review so we can’t pay our rent or even eat ,, or pay bills etc am worried sick
How do they stop my lcwra wen I didn’t know we have never had joint bank accounts

@sharron69 I've just popped your question into it's own discussion so it's more visible.
I'm so sorry you're going through this. Unfortunately, if you have a joint UC account then both of your savings will be taken into account. The claim is for both of you so you won't be able to receive payments at the moment, despite not being aware of your partner's savings.
Have you checked your journal? What exactly have they said? Have they given you a deadline to provide some information?

Hi @sharron69. I'm so sorry things are so tough at the minute. I'm going to pop you an email in a short while, so please keep an eye out for it. I hope some of the information on the email will be helpful.
