Won at tribunal

so I won my tribunal 7 weeks ago rang last week for update and they said they will mark it as a priority I was just asking what does this actually mean? It’s been a week today since they said this but still haven’t received anything and they have never asked me for anything.

Hi @leedsbrem. Sorry it's taking so long for them to contact you. It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks so I think they'll have marked it as a priority as they're running late with it. Have you heard from them yet?
