Hello there ... Please can someone help me ...ive been. Give a new work coach from universal credit... I'm on limit capacity as I suffer from OCD... Social anxiety and panic disorder... I've been receiving phone appointments for the last 2years ... But my new coach has told me I have to attend a face to face ... Ive explained my situation but without any understanding or support was told I had to attend or risk being. Sanctioned.. with the. Support of my mum I attempted to leave my house ... Medicated up to the eyes ...physically sick and completely destressed I managed to get to the building but not to the desk ... My mum headed upstairs to talk to my new coach ... Who basically told me I needed to attend as it wud go down as a DNA... When ask if he cud join me down stairs instead my mom he cudnt leave the floor dew to his health and safety ... We left ... Without having the interview.... I wasn't sanctioned dew to my reason.. but now my work coach has rebooked another appointment at the job centre I can't go through that again...Whenever I try and explain ...my work coach dismisses my Reasons ... I've asked for extra help but was told the job centre to not support individuals like me and I need to ask the NHS ... I'm completely lost ... And feel unheard and very much confused as my last work coach was amazing and supportive... Can anyone please help me ...
