hi i need a new certificate of entitlement to pip do i have to phone them or can i do it online

Hi @austin, welcome to the community. You could try using this service to see if you can get proof of your PIP:
But if that doesn't work, ringing them to ask for a new letter to be sent out is the best alternative. Hope you can get what you need ☺️
