How long does it take for a PIP change of circumstances outcome?

New to the scope page.. hi just wondering if anyone could help me with how long would a change of circumstances assessment take for the reply out come on whether im entitled or not to the award . Im currently on pip but my health has had a change of circumstances n I sent form in with all evidences n done a phone call assessment. I got a txt say 2 3 days after saying it can take up to 6 weeks for outcome .. does it take this full time for the outcome would anyone know ?? Many thanks guys 👦 🙏

Unfortunately it can take up to six weeks for outcomes sometimes longer. It is a waiting came that we all find quite hard to manage.
