Why?! Royal Mail tracking number does NOT work!

I ordered 3 items from Hobbycraft yesterday for Home delivery, they're supposed to be delivered today apparently, yet for some reason the tracking number on the Royal Mail website doesn't work!

Are RM so incompetent that their own ruddy website doesn't work or am I doing summat wrong?

I would imagine it depends on what time it was ordered and what there cut off time is to send it out for next day I expect it will be tomorrow

Plus to add to Michael … if HobbyCraft haven't uploaded the tracking number RM won't have it on their system

It was confirmed last night by email that it was dispatched, with the tracking number, for "next day" delivery.

I've had this before. The tracking number doesn't tend to work until the next day so they've had time to put it on the system. Is it things for your cosplay?

Yep, 2 metres of black fabric for the cloak, and 1 metre of red silk for the half face covering scarf, if it ever gets completely created/finished, I'll be sure to post some pics.
