Disability premium help!

hello all, i am in need of some advice basically i had a phone call last year regarding my esa while on the phone i was told i should be entiltiled to some sort of disability premium which i havent heard of until then, i got told it would be looked into and i would hear something about it. i forgot about it if im honest cut to feb this year i had a letter about it askinf for imformation about living on my own etc, i filled this in and sent it back 2 months later havent heard a thing back so i rang up and got told it has been recived and they was looking into missing payments i should of had from 2017 that i havent had. which was overwhelming for me knowing how much that sum could be. I Left it another month or so rang them back up and after getting told they dont know what im on about to then finally someone found the notes about it all and still no further update has been given its been 4 months and 1 week since they reveived my letter back i was wondering do i just leave it and they will eventually get back to me?

if not who do i contact to see what is going on any help will be very thankfull.

You would need to ring ESA

do i its such a struggle every time i ring up i get responses like ' we dont know what you are on about' or 'we cant see nothing here at all' untill after a several times finially getting someone who finds the notes etc

I would seek assistance from Citizens advice or your mp
