Due to new legislation by the Current Government

(The renters rights act)

I have been served my section 21 (non fault eviction) notice, as my Landlady has said it makes renting her property out very expensive so its just not worth it anymore so she is selling it.

I have been hear for 17 years since 2009, so obviously a good tenant with a perfect rent payment record.

So if you know to a property that ticks the below boxes and is available before 1st August 2026 please contact me directly on [removed by moderator]

2+ Bedrooms

Preferably Rural but a quiet private property near Shrewsbury, Oswestry, Telford or Newport would be fine.

A good size enclosed rear garden

Preferably 2+ bedrooms but 3 would be considered.

Off street parking for at least 2 cars

A garage or out building would be great for me to continue my carpentry hobby which is very therapeutic for the PTSD I suffer due to the accident I had when my car was hit at 60mph by a drugged up driver crossing a red light and hitting my car in a stolen Range Rover and leaving me in a comma for almost 4 months, waking up with a BII (Brain Impact injuy) which means i struggle daily with Depression & Anxiety manifested in my PTSD and I feel uncomfortable around lots of people and enjoy a peaceful environment.

Lookerly for me my 2 broken legs and broken collar bone and fractured hip and bruising to my kidneys and spleen had all pretty much got better while in the coma so I was lucky I didn't have to live with that pain.

I am NOT a lazy person on the dole, and up until the car crash i have worked all my life, starting at 18 when I left collage and spent 4 years in the British army in the Royal corp of Transport and Logistics over seeing and transporting supplies and vehicles all over the world to our diffrent Regiments in both safe and conflict areas.

Bella & Loki

Who are my emotional support dogs and go everywhere with me and a cat called Milo who i rarely see as he only comes to the house when hungry....lol

Its my wife's cat, I just tolerate it as I am a dog person.

Bella is a Boxer cross 7 years old.

Loki is a black Labrador cross 18 months old.

Both are clean and house trained

Both are chipped

Both have insurance

Both are freindly

( unless someone breaks in or comes in the house with bad intentions)

I have a 17 year unblemished perfect rent history and a reference from my current landlady for that period covering the upkeep of the property and grounds and testimony that the dogs have never caused an issue of any kind.

Originally it will be just myself and my support dog's, but i would like the flexibility to have my wife join me at some stage in the near future as currently she is living at her mom's, giving her in home end of life care and will return to me when those duties sadly end, although she stays with me for the 2 nights a week that her sister steps in to give her some time away from her care duties.

Sad times but the business of life goes on.

I am 60 next year and I just want a hassle free life with a Landlord that i can have a mutually respectful relationship with, where we both respect each others privacy.

Not that this should matter but some people like to know these details below for some reason:

I am a white English man who believes in Christian values and my my wife is a white lady of the same beliefs.

I have photo id and will pass a Right to Rent in Britain test.

I have a low credit score due to loosing my job after the accident and missed payments on my car and credit card when I was in a comma for 4 months, (apparently being in a comma for 4 months is not a valid reason for not meeting my payments)

after the accident, so i had to arrange a voluntary payment plan as I didn't have enough money to carry on the payments after being medically retired.

My budget is up to £1250 per month and I can also give up to £1500 deposit as well for the right property.

I am writing to confirm that [removed by moderator]from September 2009.

The only reason they have been given notice to vacate the property is that I will, in the near future, be selling the property.

As of the date above they have paid rent in full and on time, with no defaults.

Throughout COVID the rent was reduced for a short period and they continued to pay the agreed figure.

The tenants have maintained the property and garden to a good standard.

I should add that the Tenants have had dogs at the premises (agreed in advance) and I confirm that the dogs have created no issues whatsoever.
