Hi, I have received my pip award text, my first payment is on the system and my back pay has been calculated. I was then told my claim was selected for a ‘quality audit’. Yesterday I received a call from someone who asked a couple of questions about mobility and said that he would call me back today to advise what my award is. I didn’t receive any call today. I have no idea what is going on. Can anyone help me please. Thank you.

    Hi,

    The audit is checking the assessors work. Making sure they asked all the right questions.

    Hopefully you will get the call back today to explain what happens next.

    Sorry to hear they didn't ring you back with your result, that's so frustrating. If they don't call you again within a few days it may be worth ringing the enquiries line to see if they can update you on what's happening. The enquiries line can sometimes tell you what your next payment will be and you may be able to work out your award level from that. But hopefully you'll hear back from them one way or another over the next few days.
