Talking about how I feel doesn't work anymore
I used to feel talking helped, would help me feel better in fact it used to be quite healing off-loading would help partake the pain away, a great distraction but then maybe it's because the depression is getting worse literally find that it's not working anymore
No matter who I talked to...
Only just watching TV all day (Dr who I'm doing Barbie magazines helps
I feel like letting myself down but the problem is my dad told me that I must do something with my life and it's hard when I don't want to even get out of bed and face life anymore
I just find that angry at myself because I don't want to go on anymore
The truth is I don't want to live because I'm scared and I'm not coping
Can anyone relate??

Talking about how you feel is only half the answer, you have to actually do stuff, otherwise you're just ruminating, and too much of that can make things worse.
Forget the big picture "do stuff with your life" your dad is saying and look at where you're at right now.
What small thing could you start to do that would be an improvement on the day before? It can be simply spending 30 extra minutes out of bed, or having a shower. A quick walk each day. Pick something small and stick to it. It's not about motivation, it's about discipline. Do it sad. Do it happy. Do it however you feel. Just do it.
Then add in another habit or extend the first one.
You don't feel better without putting in the work, but you're worth putting in the work for. So do it.
