Hi, my name is Stephaj! PIP line said my PIP forms haven't been received yet

Just phoned PIP help line and they told me they haven't received it even though I posted it back straight away! I didnt take pictures or copies,however I need put some important documents in with the form. Help

    That sounds like a tricky situation! Sorry if I've misunderstood - do you need to send in some additional documents, or are you worried because your documents haven't been recieved yet?

    How long ago did you send your PIP forms?

    Hi @Stephaj welcome to the Community. It can take at least two weeks if not longer for the DWP to log your information onto their system. Until then they will say they have not received your PIP form and additional documents.

    Try not to worry.
