I don't particularly like Clarkson, but I wouldn't wish the BIG C on anyone.

Thoughts?

Not on anyone? I wish I could be so charitable. 🥭

I'm not a huge fan of Clarkson himself, but I do enjoy watching Clarkson's Farm. He's definitely had a rough time with his health over the last season, so hopefully his treatment goes well. Doesn't seem like a man who finds resting easy!

Thought it was quite distasteful and sort of tacky to sit there with tv cameras and announce to his family that he had cancer, seemed sort of , hey this may be a way of improving the viewing figures, never taken to the man but wish him well with is health issues.

The video clip I saw wasn't with his family. They were work colleagues if it was the same clip. I agree it seemed a bit strange not to ask the cameras to cut though.

Meh, I've lost close family members to it on both sides.

My maternal Grandad and 2 Aunties.

He says he's better now, and he's advising all men over 40 to get tested, and if need be, to lie to the doctor in order to get one.

I believe there is a good reason why they don't do them routinely: something like that they are prone to false positives... though that doesn't seem like a very good reason.
