Benifits and inheritance

I have just been informed that I am to recieve an inheritance from a deceased friend (approx £25000).
I am currently on UC which has an ESA element too (new style ESA) and also my housing benifit is covered.
I have about £5k in credit cards payments to clear when it comes through, but still leaves me above the £16000 threshold.
Am i screwed from a benifits entitlement aspect? Will this stop my UC and HB?
I know it shouldn't impact my ESA or PIP.
Thanks

Yes your UC and UC Housing Element will stop due to having capital over £16,000.
When it goes below that level you can reclaim UC, the NS ESA award means you won't need another WCA and you'll be awarded the higher rate of LCWRA automatically. Just like when you migrated from legacy benefits.
