Feel lost and alone

im lost and alone don’t know what to do and no one seems to care they just tell me one thing and do another I’ve been on antidepressants since I was 17 im 64 now and there is no help for me since Covid you can’t win with doctors most of them don’t understand depression i. don’t know how much longer I can go on im a Christian so suicide is not an option although I have once or twice tried it ended up in hospital where I did get help but nothing now not a thing i just don’t know where to turn now

Hi @1416katieb, I'm so sorry you're struggling. Have you looked into therapy? There are lots of different types so you could find one that works for you.
