No PIP text despite sending my forms back. Is this normal?
Hi all,
I sent my PIP review form back on Monday 15th June yet I’ve yet to receive a “we have your form” text. Is this normal?
I’m a little worried it hasn’t arrived and my deadline was the 20th.
I knew I should have sent it first class signed for. However I was low on funds and couldn’t afford it.

Hi @brandondreamer. I wouldn't worry, it's only been 4 working days since you sent it. Maybe give them a call if you haven't received a text by the end of next week.

Hi,
If you posted it on Monday, it's very unlikely to have arrived and been scanned onto the system by Friday.
If possible, call the PIP line on Monday and let them know that you have posted it but need an extension. They don't work weekends so you can't phone today.

Thankyou for your responses. I will ring them Monday when the lines open. Hopefully all will be well. I’m gonna remain positive :)
