I have mental health and autism as well as physical disabilities. I hope everyone is having a nice day and not sweltering in this heat.

    Hey - welcome,

    I'm weird as the heat doesn't bother me that much.

    Drinks loads of water, have an electrolyte based drink over the day, so watermelon, basic salt is a good one.

    have siestas

    aviod fast food during the day, it bloats you, I just have very basic stuff cold quorn on its own.

    & crucial - base yourself over the day, if you take your time, so be it, don't rush for anybody.

    Lastly - block mainstream media, news, metoffice - they are the toxic poison that fuels the so called green agenda.

    Thanks everyone for your welcomes. Mary my hobbies are card making, reading - I’m sat on my balcony at the moment with a book. Plus I have a cat - Poppy who although not a hobby takes up a lot of my time.

    Hi Rachel I’m reading a Lisa Jewell book called None of this is true. I’ve read several of her books, I like her books. This is Poppy she’s a little minx but I love her. She’s trying to keep cool but the daf thing is in full sun. Could you tell me more about the book chat, please.
