Is there any benefits I may be able to claim as I can't walk with out being in p

I have had an underactive thyroid for 22 years and doctors have never been able to stabilise it properly with medication. I suffered hair loss, and am in constant abdominal and back pain. I'm always tired and have gained a lot of weight. I have now been diagnosed with gallstones and find every day a struggle with the pain. Is there any benefits I may be able to claim as I can't walk with out being in pain?

    I'm sorry to hear you're in so much pain. Has the doctors mentioned a plan to get rid of them?

    If you're under state pension age then you may be eligible for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) but if you are over state pension age then you may be eligible for Attendance Allowance😊
