What's the one thing that genuinely makes a bad day better for you?

Not looking for big answers here. Just curious what actually works when the day's gone sideways.
For me it's putting something familiar on in the background. A show I've already seen, so I don't have to follow it. Just noise that feels safe. Sounds odd but it genuinely helps.\
What's yours? Could be anything - a drink, a habit, a person, a place you go to in your head. Would love to hear what people actually reach for, not what they think they should reach for.

Just going on a long swear word filled rant on my Blog.
Either that or belting out an angst filled rock hit on my Karaoke site.

The EastEnders theme tune makes me feel happy. It's like coming home 😊

A cup of tea. I don't know how but a cup of tea solves everything.
