Hi, my name is Kevin1708!
Any advice on Transitional Protection - Council Tax JSA to UC … I had 100% reduction now only 75% 😥
Thanks in advance.

Council Tax Reduction is decided on at a local level and each local authority has different rules for this. Meaning it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.
You could try a local welfare rights organisation who will be familiar with the local rules, they can check that your current CTR award is correct.
There has been one court case (which was successful) and others currently going through the courts against local authorities counting Transitional Protection as additional income.

There aren't any signs (yet) of a widespread change in local authority rules as a result.
