The police said "The girls can call us themselves"
I met this person online. he would be my boyfriend, eventually he became controlling, he told me that he knew I was coping with my mental health any introduced me to someone. He promise that she would look after me I'm from that day on everything went wrong
I was struggling and constant A&E visits, this person said to me, hi I'm ... And I look after the other girls. I thought this was odd at first but I was desperate to talk to anyone about how I was feeling
Eventually they started to pressure mean to doing things I didn't want to do online, making stuff online, many charities reported it to the police and put it as a high urgent thing. For 6 months no one got in touch with me, eventually I just couldn't cope with their threats, I'm telling me that I wasn't allowed to make choices so I told my sister. Sister called the police in fact she went down to the police station and yelled why as no one taking care of this. The police always said the same thing we'll pass it on it's been noted. 5 months later. I went online and found detective personal email address. When I contacted them they told me that they do not live in my local area but they would obviously put it through for me, I sent evidence of all the messages and how about it was, the detective the referral on the day out of emergency.
Eventually the government got involved home office and gave me a official NRM which means I'm vulnerable and high-risk are being exploited. A police eventually came around only when the government forced to in the very first thing they said to me was proved that you've blocked these people, show us your phone...
We talked and talked and they would have to prosecute everyone texting me because they were all involved. It was difficult for me because I was still in love with them.
When cops randomly came round to my house for safeguarding just in case I wasn't coping basically I would tell the police bravely about what was going on and show them the messages, the cop left his radio on, and the cop said do you think this is legit, and the cop said yes I've seen the messages...
And when I showed ID pictures of these people, possible victims, the officer then said the girls can call us themselves they have a phone, walked off
Later on 8 months later I got in touch with the children's Commissioner by myself and showed them my evidence
The children's Commissioner got in touch with the police and said *concerns about other girls
Cops wrote on email 2025 saying she never told us about this, then I copied in the children's Commissioner and the police - showing all the referrals from the charities slavery from Jan 2024 saying concerns about other victims and that were sent to my local police in Jan 2024, plenty of time before 2025
And then the children commissioner vanished, never emailed me again
I was upset about it on the middle of the night and reported it again on a police report, police never chased it up,
TheGirlAndI
P.s my police force was rated 2nd worst in the country for safeguarding victims
