Dismiss?

What does the dismiss button do? I want to collapse or remove the announcements as I have to scroll through half a page to see posts but can only see dismiss, I pressed it once and the post vanished but I don't remember what it was to see if it's just vanished for ever, what if a new reply is posted in it? Will it come back?

We are waiting for Scope to streamline the boards so we don't have this problem with their new software.

Hi @Anhedonia2. Dismissing an announcement should remove it from your view until there are new replies to it. You can then dismiss again if you want to ☺️
