Spiralling/PTSD
Recently had a huge PTSD spiral and ended up being off sick from work. Just wanted to say thank you to all the people who replied to my posts, your kind words and wise insights did really help me.
I've 3 more weeks of peace (fit note) and I'm gonna try and make a go of things but ask for 25 hours (minimum in the role) and see if I can manage. It would be really beneficial if I can as then I could move away from my perpetrator and start again/breath more easily/feel safe.
Thanks again, as I'm not at work feel much more peaceful . xx

Thanks @Rosie_Scope, I was probably a bit narky & you sent a lovely reply. I think because the new job coincided with some awful contact with the police it all go too much. Thanks & yes, I hope to move forward. xx
