Hi, my name is Abi
I’m a student who brings a lot of heart, creativity, and determination to everything I do. I’m autistic and have ADHD, which means I see the world in a unique and thoughtful way. I also manage anxiety, but I’m proud of how well I navigate challenges and stay focused on my goals. These parts of me shape my strengths. I’m detail‑oriented, imaginative, and able to dive deeply into the things I care about.
In my free time, I love to read and colour in. Books help me relax and escape into different worlds, while colouring gives me a calm, mindful space to unwind. Both hobbies bring me comfort and joy, and they’re a big part of how I look after my wellbeing. They also reflect my creative side and my love for quiet, peaceful activities that help me recharge.

I find colouring really mindful too, it's my go-to activity if I need some space to unwind and concentrate on something.
What kind of things do you like to read? We've got a discussion here where members are sharing book recommendations if you'd like to join in: What are your reading?
