i have sent pip form away then i realised i had not filled in form correctly i just answered no or yes i need to get another form to quickly send off

Hi @sul, welcome to the community. It's probably a good idea to ring the PIP enquiry line tomorrow and explain what's happened. Hopefully they'll be able to sort you out with a new form or give you some advice on what to do next.
