just acquired a ZT 500 scooter

Hi everyone my name is Dennis. Have just acquired a ZT 500 scooter. With 25 mls on it, Have since used it to travel another 7 mls. I put the charger on it and the is showing a green light with zero %. What does this mean? Be grateful for any help on this. Regards Dennis.
