Hi I was just wondering if anyone is waiting for there tribunal in Wales. Or anyone who has had there tribunal recently to give an estimated time frame, as Google says up to 35 weeks. I'm currently at 33 weeks so was just wondering if it is correct or would I be waiting longer?

Thanks in advance ☺️

I'm waiting for a tribunal to do with my work capability in South Wales, I was refused it but fighting it this time, has 14 and 10 years ago i just got refused, didn't fight the decision and struggled on working which resulted in making my spinal disease worse which has caused other conditions now. I am having citizens advice help me with it and my new work capability/ pip change of circumstance's she said it'll take about a year but all my paperwork has come through quick than i thought it would.

Good luck with yours @Em1 😊

Unfortunately I don't think you can rely on AI for accurate timescales.

Thank you @Donmar.sorry to hear about your situation I hope its not to long for you either.

@Kimi87 Yeah I thought that, I was wondering if anyone has recently had there's and how long it took just so it gives a real time perspective instead of AI.

Hi @Donmar just wanted to pop and say the same as Em1 really in that I hope you're not waiting for too much longer now, and that you receive a positive outcome. It sounds like you've got a great family and friends around you. ☺️
