Hospital and doctors appointments

Do I need to let UC know that I'm having blood tests, and hospital referrals to a rheumatologist again.or wait until I have the results. Not sure if I be on a waiting list, like last time. Also I'm having talking therapies for anxiety about leaving the house, going into town

If you're already on LCWRA, you don't need to tell UC anything more about your health.

As you already receive LCWRA then there is no point in telling then. Your award can't increase and you risk someone inexperienced wrongly triggering a reassessment.
At your next assessment you can give them full up to date details.
