Hi doctor changed my medication but my condition is the same ..do i need to report it?

Hi @Zhikar, welcome to the community. No, you don't usually need to report this kind of change. You'd usually need to tell them if your condition became much better or much worse, as that may change your entitlement to your benefits. But you don't need to tell them you've changed medications.
