Hi @pereto, I wasn't able to find any clear official guidance on this either unfortunately.
This is the only guidance I found that mentions a rule starting the day after the person leaves the UK, but the sentence is a little hard to interpret and may not relate to your particular circumstance: 075._Going_Abroad-Guidance_V13.0.pdf
The sentence is on page two about halfway down.
When it comes down to it, as the guidance isn't clear, it is probably best to keep your holiday within the one month limit including your travel days just to be on the safe side. You could also try asking on your journal to see if they can give you a clearer answer.
Are you planning to travel anywhere nice?

The one calendar month includes outbound and inbound travel days. If they didn't count, people would catch 4:00AM flights and return at 11:55PM, and still claim those as UK days, even though they were out of the UK.
The only way you'll get away with inbound and outbound travel days is by not declaring them, which does break UC rules. But in practise, you're very likely to get away with booking holidays off outside GB so long as you have no appointments.

ThanThankyou Rosie that does make sense, as if your only counted as abroad the day after you left the uk for one purpose then they have to apply that for all purposes. And tbis time its Romania, moldova, and the breakaway region of Pridnestrovie. Last one was Germany dusseldorf, essen cologne for a month. This is the one of the best videos thats shows Pridnestrovie
