Mandatory reconsideration
Good morning. For those that read my previous posts on over 2 year waiting for pip review and my change of circumstances not upheld, I did decide after reading other posts on here to ask for mandatory reconsideration. I rang pip with descriptor I disagreed with, I couldn't face writing in. Yesterday, after 2 months I received an unexpected call from the DWP asking me to explain a few Things. I kept referring back to in depth occupational therapist report I submitted. Was told letter would arrive in 2 weeks giving decision. I have just logged on to the proof of benefit portal ( thank you again Scope, I never new this existed) to see i have now been awarded the enhanced personal care. So happy.
