Universal credit
Hi I'm full time carer to my husband who is a complex patient with chronic health conditions.
I'm looking for advice on our current universal credit account,we have had no to do lists or messages in our journal and no statement or money through which is highly unusual,i left a message in the journal yesterday morning and this morning no reply,i have tried looking for a phone number but the one google is giving is taking me to a business number, obviously very anxious about what is going on i would have thought it normal they leave a message.
