I have a Quingo Flyte which I purchased in April 2024. I am extremely disappointed with the scooter it spends more time in the workshop than in my house. It does not hold a charge even if I only do 2 miles. It has to go up a ramp into my car with a remote. I have just had it returned from the factory because it will not go up the ramp. They collected the Quingo on 16June and returned it on 3 July. I was told they put in all new batteries and it was in perfect working order. I took it out yesterday for a short run to the shops and then back to the car. It just made it up the ramp with a remote and a push. I am an invalid that is why I have the scooter and why it is meant to go up the ramp. Today I went 2 miles along seafront and bank to the car. This time the scooter would not go up the ramp and my wife and I had to pull it into the car. I am 88 and she is 83. I have contacted Quingo yet again and they do not want to know.
my suggestion is DO NOT even consider purchasing a Quingo.

I intend to start legal proceedings.
