re lcwra and studying for a masters part time

hi does anyone know if i study online at my own pace is this allowed with lcwra im just wondering, dont know if i can definitely do it but feel i need to do something i will be applying for dsa too and it will only be the tuituin fees i would be applyinf for a student loan for not maintenance

Nope.

I'm on enhanced rate PIP and UC, and when I spoke to my Finance company this morning they told me a Uni course at £39K for 4 years is NOT feasible.

Without a student loan, that would be near impossible costs. Never mind, maybe you could look at OU? My youngest daughter is doing a course with them.

I think the rules is if you're eligible for a maintenance you have to apply for it or lose benefits, but hopefully someone smarter than me will know for sure. What are you wanting to study? I've thought about retraining as a midwife

If maintenance is available and you don't apply, UC will treat you as having successfully applied and reduce your award accordingly.

I'd recommend contacting Disability Rights UK who have a Disabled Students Helpline, they are experts in what is a complex are.
