Hi @moniciadobie and a warm welcome to the community from me!
I'm sorry to hear they stopped your PIP after 4 years, the next step would be to apply for a mandatory reconsideration.
It's lovely to have you here and I hope you enjoy your time on the community😊0 -
Thank you so much. Yes, today I have requested report and will apply for the mandatory. I felt I was so honest and transparent on assetment ruin all. I have sleep now for 2 days 😞😞😞
Good I quickly got support and come down little bit.
When I look all the comments for decisions is look like they don't read any reports from hospital 😞
Thank you again and I hope some one will be able to guide me 😍

Hi, I’m so sorry this has happened to you and I hope that you can get your support reinstated. Filling out the review is so hard and I felt so afraid of what I was writing in case it could be used against me. I don’t know much about ADHD with PIP, I think I read some months ago that DWP were going to try and make it harder for people to get PIP support if they identify with ADHD but I’m not sure if this is accurate and hopefully someone with better knowledge than me can clarify this. I think also no changes can be made yet as there is an ongoing review called Timms review and until that finishes they won’t make any change to criteria. So it shouldn’t be a rejection of your forms for declaring ADHD, I don’t know how they have decided. I hope others reading your message can give better help than me, I really hope you can get your support back as losing something vital after 4 years is really not easy and you deserve kindness and empathy :)

I was receiving PIP for another disability. Following my ADHD diagnosis, I reported this information. The subsequent assessment was lengthy, and it appeared as though my previous disabilities were no longer being considered.
It appears that they did not review any reports and subsequently made inappropriate remarks that were entirely inconsistent with my explanations.

That's awful @moniciadobie, I'm so sorry that's happened. Are you going to look into a mandatory reconsideration?

Thank you so much,
I have have repeated appeal.
I had yesterday also reported send via, so I stated my paragraph X y z
I just need some one checked for me and all ready to send.
Thank you so muchuch for everyone been kind to me 🙂
Upon reviewing the decision report, I was surprised to see the comment that I was polite and could communicate. It is important to note that it is standard practice to maintain politeness during phone interactions. The report does not fully account for the significant pressure I was under and the efforts I made to effectively manage the call.
