Using AI to analyse a Kardia ECG trace

Rather than paying Kardia - £9.95 per month to analyse my ECG trace - I decided to try CHAT GPT - and it does work…

It gives me a highly complex set of results - which I presume are accurate ?

Anybody like to comment ?

    Just use caution, I wouldn't trust AI with anything medical and AI should never be relied upon as its not accurate enough yet and constantly makes mistakes. It will more than likely give you false/misinformation on your results.

    If I were you I'd stick to a human professional.

    I don't trust Ai. Recently Ford motor company rehired all the engineers they sacked for Ai, because Ai wasn't up to the mark.

    There's a fairly decent chance that it's correct, but Ai can still get things wrong, even simple things. If you run it by two or more Ai's and they all say the same thing, then it's extremely likely they're correct, if they don't though then it'll be difficult to trust any of them.

    Yes, be very wary @Wibbles! It can give you some indication and may well even be correct, but it would be much safer to speak to a qualified doctor about it to be sure. I don't think we're quite at the stage where the AIs are accurate enough to give trustworthy medical advice.

    Learn to decipher electrocardiograms yourself. It's not difficult.
