Telephone Claim Review confused
Hi
I had notification in January that my claim was being reviewed and to upload bank statements which I did.
Never heard anything till end of April when had to have a telephone call to review claim. Lady was lovely didnt ask anything about bank statements and said all was ok.
Then end June got a notification from original bloke in January saying claim review telephone call for 13th July.
I queried this on my journal saying had review by phone 7th May.
Didnt get a reply but call was cancelled.
Now today have had another notification from a different lady for telephone claim review on 27th July.
Help!!!!!

Hi @dimmingdave. Hope you're doing well ☺️
I've replied over on your other post here: Universal Credit Reviews
But just to reiterate, it's a little strange but not unheard of to have reviews close together. However, if you're worried you can try another message on your journal to ask what's going on as it does sound like these ones were particularly close together. Did they tell you whether your last review was complete?
Fingers crossed you get some clarity on it soon!

Hi @Rosie_Scope
Just had a reply on my journal. They said the teview on 7/5 was with another team. They said the appointment on 27th is with the UC review team and is to review and discuss all aspects of my claim including evidence e.g. bank statements submitted.
Totally confused now as they said on 7th may its was a review however didnt ask any bank statement questions.
Any further comments/advice appreciated.
Dave

That may explain it then @dimmingdave! What kind of questions did they ask you in your previous review?
If you didn't have to send bank statements, it may have been a more general review of your claim. The reviews that involve bank statements take a bit more paperwork, but usually nothing to worry about too much. Hopefully they'll leave you alone for a bit after that's complete!

Hi
Just a quick note to say had telephone interview yesterday. She read from a script, didnt ask any questions about bank statements as said they were ok, and the whole call lasted 15 mins. Very pleasant and helpful. Hopefully this puts other peoples mind at rest who are going through the same thing.
This morning message on my journal saying review complete and no changes.
Thankyou for all your help and advice.
Dave

That's brilliant news @dimmingdave, I bet you're so relieved. 😊 And thank you so much for sharing it with the community for others.
