Lost pip after change of circumstances

Hello I'm just looking for some advice really so I had a pip award I won at tribunal in August 2025 standard for both for mental health (BPD, PTSD, anxiaty and depression also waiting for assesment for possible aitisum) . In the 2 years waiting for tribunal my mental health was declining but I couldent give new evidence to tribunal if it wasn't relevent to the origonal claim so in January I submitted a change of circumstances to report additional daly challenges and submit extra evidence as your advised to report any changes. This resulting in my new assesment awarding me all Zeros and no change at mandatory reconsideration I think part of this reason is the form they sent for the change caught me out a little as it asks if there's a change or no change for each activity and ones that there was no change I just put no change I wasn't aware I had to put all information on this form as it is very miss leading asking if there is a change or not for each activity. I was just wondering if anyone has had this situation before and what are my chances of a tribunal going in my favor again a 2nd time since its less than 12 months since I won the last one before submitting a new one.

It sounds like you've had a stressful year @JayJay1998! I'd definitely say go for the tribunal again. The fact that you've had a successful one previously shouldn't negatively impact this one. If anything, I'd say it's more reassuring. I hope you decide to go forward with it, and if so, that it's successful and you can put this ordeal to the back of your mind for a while.
