Hi, my name is JWJBedsonbyne!
Hello, I’m new here , I’ve recently admitted to have severe depression and am have been home bound for 3 years. I also care for my mother is immobile and. I suffer from long term injury. I hoping to find some help for a large back garden that is severely overgrown and from garden. Due to my disability I cannot tackle it and wondered if there was any help . It’s been years since the gardens were tendered. I hate to ask but I was advised that if you don’t ask you never know. I would be forever grateful

The only thing to do is get some quotes from local grass cutters, and it won't be cheap. Once you have it cleared, the cost of a fortnightly cut is relatively cheap; I pay a man £25 per fortnight.
Just so you know, we are likely talking hundreds for the years of growth to be cleared, it's quite expensive for a guy to dispose of van loads of waste at the council recycling centre.

Welcome @JWJBedsonbyne, nice to have you join the community 😊
Your council may offer some support for garden maintenance if you contact them directly to ask. Unfortunately I couldn't find any grants to support with this. Alternatively, is there someone you know that would be willing to help you out, perhaps a family member or friend?
