Anyone who grew up with the early internet - from USENET with dialup, to Yahoo Geocities when the WWW came along. Neocities is a similar, easy website hosting site.

'Slow web' more like forums like this, less 'click bait, endless streams and ads is now thing'
Its also open source and far more ethical than Yahoo ended up being.
I'm thinking or replicating some of my early websites on it, or adding a few more. If your a bit of tech geek like me
