Lwrca backdated and work allowance backdated

JJust looking for some advice if anyone can help

I first went on sick and submitted my first fit note 8th sep 2025 I was getting ssp from my job AP runs from 27th to 26th each month

HaHad my wca 1st July assessor didn't go through all my problems she's said she had enough info from what I had submitted to them and what she had heard so far from me to recommend I go into highest criteria

Q1 Do dwp go with assessors recommendation

Q2 will I get backpayment of work allowance along with back pay lwcra

1. Yes usually but it isn't guaranteed.
2. Yes if you are due any backdated work allowance this will also be paid.
