Pip review
hi all
hope you are well
Had a telephone assessment today for my pip review they said because my review form was from 2024 they wanted to ask a few questions, was on the phone for 10 minutes just to confirm I still have panic attacks etc
The medical evidence I sent was told confirms my diagnosis
Was told I’ll receive a letter that I need a full assessment or that my award stays the same

Hi @apples. I'm glad it was a short phone call. How are you feeling about it?

I’m feeling ok about it, I have so much going on at the moment that this is the least of my worries tbh

Sorry to hear that @apples. Did you want to share what's going on? There's no pressure 😊

lots tbh @Rachel_Scope
Since December i have been asking my local council for an accurate and factual care act assessment after waiting months the amended assessment still contains inaccuracies, the main being that my adhd is not listed under the health section and that I have refused floating support, when in fact floating support refused to help me, and I have emails from my social worker stating this. My social worker kept signposting me to other organisations mainly advocate service who I used a few years ago and I didn’t feel helped so no support from my social worker, I have put a complaint in regarding my assessment and asking for a change of social worker but no reply yet even though they acknowledged my complaint
My mental health team won’t see me as they say my mh is triggered by my living accommodation which has been identified by psychiatrist and the social worker team as unsuitable, but I receive no help in helping me move, in December i received a s193 homelessness letter from council saying they owe me a duty to rehouse me due to medical conditions, 7 months later, with all the evidence from professionals I’m still here, and I was given a section 21 eviction notice that expired on 30 June and I’m receiving no help with this I’ve sent a picture of it to council but nothing has happened
