Changing from text to email from UC for login code?

Hello I struggling to receive a text code for universal credit, how do I change it so I receive an email with the code and not by text ??

    Hi @Andreacrawley. I've added a link below that's I think might be really helpful. You can find out how to tackle issues with not receiving the text authentication (if you'd still prefer to do this). But if you want to change to email or the app, at the bottom of the page, it shows you how to go about this:
